Hi, im doing this request and receiving Error 429, too many requests. I used to be able to do a lot of requests even with a free api key, now that I have paid for this I'm getting this error.

https://api.weatherbit.io/v2.0/history/hourly?key={myapikey}&lat=-14.223333&lon=-72.194722&start%20_date=2018-12-05&end_date=2018-12-06

Its messing my development times, I'd like an explanation on this.

Hello,

The "Starter" plan does not allow historical data access. You will need to select the "Developer" plan to use this endpoint.

Please refer to our FAQ, and Pricing page.

Thanks,
John at Weatherbit

Wow so the free does have a feature that the guy that paid 35 bucks per month doesnt. Can I get a refund? I cannot pay 160 per month

Yes - as this was a misunderstanding, we have processed your request for a refund.

Please note that this information is on our pricing page, as well as our FAQ page. The "Free" plan allows non-commercial use, as well as temporary access to this endpoint.

Thanks,
John at Weatherbit

Thanks, I agree that the error was on my side for not reading carefuly. But it looks really weird and confusing, you either have the option of doing 100k calls per day with the 160 per month subscription, or none with the starter.

Im currently needing to get only once, the last 6 months of weather for a specific lat and long. Its too overkill to pay 160 for this data, and the trial version doesnt allow to go back more than 21 days.

I payed thinking there was a middle option on the starter tier.
